Where is the event being held?

Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes of course dogs are welcome on-lead and under close control. Please make sure to clean up after your dog and use the waste bins provided.

Can I buy tickets on the day?
We recommend pre-purchasing but yes tickets are available on the day.

Is there access for disabled visitors?
Yes, our site is on agricultural land and so may be uneven in places but our disabled parking is close to the main festival site and we have disabled toilets onsite.

What time can I arrive from?
Our gates will open at 9:30am for a 10am start. Our event finishes at 4pm each day.

Will stallholders take cash or card or both?
Most stallholders will accept card but it is worth having some cash with you on the day.

What happens in the event of bad weather?
We have options available to us in the event of bad weather and as its Scotland we can often get 4 seasons in one day but please check the forecast and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available (for any reason) out-with 7 days from the event.

Do I need to pay for parking?
No, parking. is included in your entry ticket fee

Will there be first aid onsite for Humans and Hounds?
Yes we will have St. Andrews ambulance team attending both days for first aid cover for the humans and veterinary cover at our wellness zone

Can I let my dog off-lead?
Dogs will remain on-lead and under close control throughout the event site unless in a designated area such as breed meets or taking part in a come and try activity

Will there be additional cost for come and try activities?
These activities are included in your entrance fee unless stated otherwise

Is there anywhere dog friendly to stay nearby?
The closest place to the site is the village of Ormiston but the site is easily accessed from surrounding East Lothian or Edinburgh

Will there be shaded areas in case we have a hot weekend?
Yes we will have a cool down zone with paddling pools and water stations throughout the site with plenty undercover areas as keeping dogs safe is our priority
